What exactly does Tee bring to the table? Is he considered a good coach and recruiter? I haven't followed his career.

He represents Tennessee's tradition and winning culture. He's somebody who has not only done it, but done it here at Tennessee. He's got credibility in the eyes of the fans and the recruits. He would be an outstanding ambassador for the university.

If he can coach well, then that's just gravy.

he was a top 25 recruiter for kentucky. I imagine he'd kill it here. Hes a great coach and as everyone said the ring and tradition in Knoxville is a huge plus
