1. You know what? I am ****ing tired of Florida. I'm tired of watching my Tennessee Volunteers (yes, they are "my" Volunteers, just like they are yours) get beat by Florida. The last time Florida lost, I WAS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. I'm a sophomore in college now. And whether it's by beat down or close games, whatever, Tennessee has not been able to handle Florida. It's like a curse. Any time the UT fanbase has gotten their hopes up, Florida is there in early September to ruin it.
But this changes this year. Butch Jones knows what to do. The players are hungry. They have looked forward to this game since Spring. This is the one they want. It's time to take Florida down. I have no logical reason why (as I usually consider myself a "realist" Vol fan) but I woke up this morning KNOWING Tennessee is going to strike down the Gators and kick their asses tomorrow. All I know is that we are going to be hugging our relatives and friends as we finally tell Florida they can go **** off and we celebrate the biggest victory for Tennessee since 2007.
Tomorrow, the start of the Vols ascension back to dominance starts tomorrow in Gainesville. Tennessee will win tomorrow. Mark it down. You can put it front page, back page, center page, Tennessee will not lose to Florida tomorrow. Florida isn't taking the Vols serious. And that's perfectly fine. I understand why they haven't. But it ends tomorrow. Butch Jones has this team ready. They are focused. They will be victorious. And we can go eat some ****ing gator Saturday as the streak and its utter despair will come to a glorious end tomorrow on September 21st! **** Florida.
