Maybe in certain situations, but there's no need for a complete overhaul, especially when our defensive gameplan has done very well as it is now.

This is an interesting question. It seems like the perfect situation to unleash 40 minutes of full court defense and wear them out...but we're really kinda just better at halfcourt defense.

I think Bone can contain Diebler pretty good. He's not one to create his own shots, he's just a good set shooter and gets a lot of open looks due to the explosiveness of Turner and Lighty.

If I'm Pearl, I don't press. Our D has been too good lately. Don't fix what isn't broke.

I wouldn't either. A better way to fatigue them would be to use more movement in the halfcourt offense. If they're only going to play 6 guys, make their defense move the entire game.

Exactly. You don't have to press to tire them out.

I agree. I'm guarding him with Hopson, Tatum, Prince throughout the game (Prince primarily). And every time he puts the ball on the floor, I'm running a second guy at him.[/QUOTE]

I wouldn't do that every time. He's too smart to figure out where to go with it. Sometimes? Yes. But not everytime. That's just me though.
