Vol bb season pretty much over. I will still be in Hoover for the SEC Tournament. Still have faith in Serrano despite the naysayers. Just too much talent in the SEC & it takes time to catch up. Flame away.

Missouri has tried to give us both games and we just wouldn't take it. This is as low as I've ever felt on UT baseball during the Serrano era.

Lance flies out...we lose 6-5...pull even with Mizzou who now owns the tie breaker...1 pick left in the NFL draft, still no Vols...

simple math...win tomorrow...Auburn, Arkansas, and Missouri...lose...more than we do...till regular season's end...naw, I'm stopping here...one dream at a time...:)

If our pitching was anywhere up to par in the sec this team is prob 3rd in the east!!! Our pitching is horrible and Dave Serrano is a dang "pitching specialist" makes me sick!!!! unless he wins out enough to go to the tournament he is done

This team does not have a stopper on the pitching staff this season and until UT gets an ace, this will continue regardless of who the head coach is.

Auburn beats UK...10-5...now we are officially the last place team in the league...we are literally at the mercy of another team now.

The problem is this 67...we lost the series to UK, we lost the series to Auburn, we lost the series with Mizzou and we have a tougher row to hoe than any of them the rest of the way.

We have to now finish 1 game over all of them no matter how much they "embrace the suck".

Just to make Hoover.

I will hold out hope until the end, but the road to Hoover looks next to impossible. Good chance Auburn and Arkansas do not win another series and that Georgia does not win one before our series in Athens. But do we expect to win series against FL or LSU to keep us in the hunt going into the final weekend?

Making Hoover should be a given at this point. Maybe we will. But as soon as it becomes mathematically impossible I hope we play the young guys.
