I just over there that haslam is broke cause he spent all his money on the browns. Has no money for UT.

They are on top of Tennessee. We don't stand a chance.

Yeah man. Jimmy has been saving up for years to buy the Browns. He will be living off ramen for a few years while he waits for that investment to pay off.

Which one gives the money to UT, Jimmy or Big Jim? I know Jimmy bought the Browns but I thought his dad was the big booster?

Petrino goes to Auburn finally. A few years later than expected. Gus Malzahn goes back to Arky and UT is up for grabs.

Which of these programs can shell out the most money?

I believe it would be Arkansas. I read that they are well into the black and have an enormous reserve. UT is at a deficit and have little in reserve right now. I think UT is ranked at the bottom or near the bottom in regards to debt and cash reserves in the conference. Add in boosters and I would say Arkansas has the edge there as well, who are willing and ready to spend big money for the next coach.

I have to agree. The Walton family gave 300 million to Arkansas back in 2002. I'm sure they could pony up strong again if need be.

That gift was for graduate/undergraduate studies. New buildings and tech equipment

I am sure though some of it did manage to roll over in to the athletic budget

Auburn is one of the wealthiest areas in the country...oddly enough. Might have the donor's to do it.
