Regarding HS commits (not the super studs). The portal has totally taken over the way to build a team and win/compete immediately. Thinking of the HS commits, expecting them to 1) wait their turn (admirable as it may be), and 2) get developed, is of the past. Looking at the HS commits is interesting, wonder how many make it to campus and for the ones that do, how many hit the portal once they understand they most likely won't hit the field to their liking. i.e., Austen Jaslove...commits to UT out of HS, plays sparingly, hits the portal, goes to Arkansas State for 1 year, now commits to Austin Peay.

Always interesting to see the journeys of players. They're so excited, then reality hits, then the real journey begins.
