As a team.. no one dominated the boards..no Vol had more than 7(Mashack) rebounds. that was more about Louisville sucking shooting than the other way around because your logic does not hold against Gardner-Webb a much inferior team that outrebounded us 32-29.

Just FYI if a team shoots 27% from the field and you shoot 57 you better massacre them on the boards. I mean that's how math works....if you're shooting 27% you're probably not getting many boards because if you were you'd be getting tip ins and your percentage wouldn't be so low. They had their biggest guys either not shooting the ball or jacking up 3's.

Also, a team constantly jacking up threes means lots of long rebounds which are more difficult as to positioning

Finally watched the Louisville replay, outside of way too many turnovers the team played elite defense and rebounded really well. Lots of upside as well as the season goes.
