Less worried about this than a wr bolting. I’d say our nil contributors are good and pissed off about the Nico situation, so I would not be even a little surprised to see us out-bid qb and other positions of need in this portal window…just because.

I may have to just go back to the days of my youth, when the glossy team magazines would come out in late July/early August, and that was our first chance to see who's on the roster and what positions are up for grabs on the depth chart.

Today, every college might as well keep their football roster on sticky notes posted on a wall in a room with a fan blowing.

If NCAA Football was a board game, the off-season would have to be played with 20-sided dice.

I rate him pretty well. Step up Danny and get us the funds we need. Obviously Nico situation wasn’t anyone’s fault at UT but overall I’d like Josh to be backed more heavily.

This isn't 3rd and Chavis. Have you even watched a game in 10 years? Which losses are you referring to? Jesus, folks will grasp for any negative.
Oh I've watched the game plenty. And I've watched us get burned on 3rd and eternity over and over and over again. Virtually every loss in the last 4 years has ultimately come from our secondary getting cut into Swiss cheese. Even in the games we win, multiple times per game we give up 3rd and East Jesus. So you can take your snarky flippant comments someplace else. You can't fix a problem until you admit it exists. And all you people just crying about nega vols can keep rolling your eyes and denying it's a problem. Helen Keller can see that our secondary is our biggest problem on the field that is directly relating to losses.

Some people are just dumb, dude. The biggest problem with any team that Willie Martinez coaches is the secondary, but people want to pretend everything is fine there.

Last year was by far the best secondary we ever had under him, and in all of our losses those guys still got absolutely shredded.
