Tennessee fans should be very excited

I think Spurrier is going to play MORE golf after this year. If this keeps up and they end up 7-5 or maybe worse, I think he will chuck the visor and headset and head to the hills. I really think he thought this was his best team going into the season. I wouldn't want to be near him right now and I certainly wouldn't want to be his defensive coordinator. But, I love it!:)

I'm not sure he thought he had his best team given his answer to describe your team in one word was "decent", but I agree that if the rest of his season is as bad as last night, the golf course is going to be a tempting alternative to SEC smack downs.

In any case let's hope our young talent can come out Sunday and look half a good as A&M. The East is looking wide open, especially if Georgia fails to live up to the hype as they so often do.

I don't know what's funnier, Vandy's egg or Spurrier.

Definitely Vandy's egg. I like Spurrier and don't have anywhere near the disdain for SC that I do for Vandy.

I'm more pissed about A&M being in the SEC for all of 2 seasons and now suddenly dominating. Doesn't seem right. They haven't taken their lumps.

While I'm excited, I'm also apprehensive in my giddiness. USCe is going to get better and be a better team when we play them.

The team that showed up last night will not be the team UT plays the 1st of Nov. Not doubting we can beat them but I don't expect to see the team that played T A&M.

I would love for the SEC East to beat up on each other and we sneak into the SEC Championship. Long shot, probably. But it's the beginning of the season and we are undefeated :)

Probably? lol

It's the definition of a long shot.

Would still be awesome for it happen tho.

This is the SEC so I surely expect that lumps are coming A & M s way soon.
