How did Tony Jones go from the longest tie ever to a short tie?

Almost as much as a guy stepping in front of a player galloping to the basket. Maybe I have a bad understanding of the rule, but I thought Williams had the right of way there.
That was a pretty cut and dried charge IMO.
 
The georgia player was in that spot when Williams got the ball. Not a smart drive by him but whats new, he always has a few head scratchers

Seemed to bang-bang to me. No way that Williams could have stopped, slowed down, moved.

What's the time it takes to establish yourself that it isn't a block? Seems there's not much consistency.

Example: Block called on Ga, then charge called on Ga. Looked the same to me?
 
Bone followed a great defensive play with a horrible decision the give BW the ball in the open floor.

We should have held for the last shot.
