Good to see the Bulldogs won. I remember when they won the 1960 state Championship and met the team the other side of Johnson City. That was when the Bulldogs were loaded with players and went to the state playoffs 2 years in a row.

Hampton has to travel to Grace Christian-Knoxville in the Sectionals on Monday night @ 7PM EST. That's going to be a tough task for the Bulldogs going on the road.

Remember, this is the Sectionals though & not the state quarters. That's why they are still playing on team's home courts right now.

Next round will be state quarterfinals & that's where they are all played on a neutral court. Hampton girls already won to advance to the state quarters winning by 1 point. Thought I'd let you know that.

Thanks for posting. Oak Ridge fans will be happy. They are going to destroy Crockett which is only about a 30 minute drive from my location. Oak ridge by 30 points 85-55.

Edit: I hit the nail on the head with the Oak Ridge prediction. They beat Crockett by a score of 90-60 which is 30 points. Oak Ridge advances to the state quarters from Region 2AAA.

Region 1AA Sectionals Sullivan East defeated CAK 73-50 to advance to the state quarterfinals.

Region 1AAA Sectionals Knox Bearden beat Science Hill 86-57 to advance to the state quarters.

Region 2

Region 2A Sectionals Harriman beat Cosby 86-47 to advance to the state quarterfinals.

Region 2AA Sectionals Knox Catholic defeated Grainger 73-49 to advance to the state quarters.

Oak Ridge beat Crockett by a score of 90-60 which is 30 points. Oak Ridge advances to the state quarters from Region 2AAA.
