Off topic but how can Maryville be so good every year but never produce any high end D1 talent, except Dylan Jackson.

Just because it's not high end doesn't mean it's not talent that's better than everyone else. Look at Douglas's class, he went to Tennessee, Maples went to Tennessee, the QB Burnett ended up riding the bench at Colorado and they had other kids go to schools like Tusculum, MTSU etc.... Most school if lucky have a few kids who end up At Maryville College level type schools. They had the RB who went to auburn and sat behind Brown and Williams, Robinette went to Vandy.... Kids who get full rides to any D1 school were studs at the HS level. Plus Quarles is a hell of a coach

I don't know how old you are but Mike Faulkerson was an absolute star at DB in the 90's but he didn't play for UT. UNC beat us to the punch for him. He played in the pros for about 4 years too after 4 seasons at UNC.
