3 ranked teams go down to us... How many more will fall to us is the question? One game at a time

We have to win a national title to be back? Stop

Didn’t say we had to win the national title, just that we have to beat the current division leading teams. If we can’t beat one or both of them we are just the best of the rest.

The only problem we got now is other teams trying to poach the staff or even poach Heupel himself.

Heupel in some ways feels like our version of Steve Spurrier without the trash talk. His offenses seem to be puzzling the SEC.

Ironically teams have kind of run similar offenses in the past (Chad Morris at Arkansas and it was a disaster, Gus Malzahn at Auburn, Lane Kiffin at Ole Miss, and Gary Pinkel at Missouri). However, the way Heupel does it seems to confuse teams even more.

It is but there's a lot of games left.

Yeah, barring a November collapse and we take care of business there. 2016 felt special until South Carolina.

I feel like things are different this time around. It just feels different. Hell, I got a funny feeling about next week as well.

The thing is this team can play better. I don’t think the offense is hitting on all cylinders today and still is going to put up 40+ at Baton Rouge. And we still have DB issues. We ain’t totally back but you can feel it coming.

And without our All American receiver as well.
