Like everything else surrounding the program, no one knows. She got injured in a scrimmage yesterday and no one knows if it is an ankle or a knee. There have been reports of both. We will have to wait to see how serious it is.

Apparently, season ticket holders were invited to a scrimmage yesterday. If we have anyone here that saw the scrimmage, can you tell us how the team looked, which players impressed? I know Horston’s injury is uppermost on everyone’s mind, but it may be awhile before we know anything. Thanks.

There are many bumps and bruises, minor injuries, etc. during a typical season. Understandably everyone wants our players to stay healthy. This is a prime example why these injuries should not be reported on social media or on the forum until officially announced. HIPPA laws have been put in place to protect the medical privacy of individuals. While those laws may not apply to this situation of fan disclosure, nevertheless fans need to be more cautious in discussing these issues IMO. Sorry for the rant.

She looks really happy in every video I see of her. Hopefully, all of her dreams will be realized here. She is a good player. She has a lot to work on as a freshman, but she is at the right place to improve.

UConn can’t say that.

They have their excuses, like that player wasn’t very good, (must have been a mistake in the ratings?), but some players at UConn are either not happy with Geno, or not happy sitting on the bench, or both.
