Tennessee Lady Vol News

2, 3, 4, 7, 10 and 19

Those are the rankings of our 6 losses this season. Would have been nice to have picked up one or two of those, but dang you have to respect the schedule we played.
And to be honest, I wish we played a schedule like this every year! Even though we lost those games, they were interesting to watch.

And we learned something from them. Hard for us fans starting the season with that many losses but in the long run none of them are “bad” losses.

Players and coaches learned a lot from those tough matchups. Had we been perfectly healthy I think we would have one 2-3 of those games but it is what it is.

SEC needs to be on the watch though because this Lady Vol team can play and they can score. Jackson adds so much to our offense it’s crazy. Just a natural scorer and she takes all that pressure off Horston so she can do her thing.

I learned from those losses: Not to panic and freak out so early in the year.

Women's Basketball Bracketology
Seven seed in their bracket which makes more sense to me with a NET 14 and a RPI 24 even with a 10 and 6 record because of the competition.
Just started looking at this, very interesting. Stanford would probably like it better than creme’s. LSU a 1 seed at this point hard to justify (I’ve looked at their schedule). TN would have no easy games.

That would be one tough bottom half. Gotta beat UNC, then Ohio State, then winner of NC State/Maryland only to have UCONN waiting in regional final.

Still trying to figure out why Angel Reese is listed as a sophomore and not a junior unless she’s not academically a junior, which is kind of strange

True ! And what also is strange why is Cooke not on that list ? I also don`t think Boston will win because there team is just to deep and talented.

Zia Cooke is on the list underneath Caitlin Clark.

Another weird thing is that they list all these players who were injured and not on the list (fine) but then put Azzi Fudd who has been out and only played 7 games so far....

Just think, Charlie Creme never gets it right. If the committee were picking today, we would be a much higher seed than that knucklehead has us at just because of our Net Ranking and SOS
