Any win is a good win. Great effort by everyone especially our pitchers. Strike zone seemed to change from pitch to pitch.
Thought Karen's decisions on changing pitchers was right on target. Simpson got some good experiece and may have been added to Karen's circle of trust. Pickens can be used tomorrow if Gottshall struggles.

the sweep. I sure we will see the Friday night
pitcher. Can Gottshall give us 4 or 5 good innings? I’m sure Ashley and Pickens both can throw tomorrow.

Donnihoo overall has been solid at short with not that strong an arm. But o boy today was not good. Adding on to the bad throw last nigh she is fighting it. Snap and clear.

Florida is beating Georgia again which is nice to see. Florida and Arkansas always play Tennessee very tough, should be fun to see if they can finally win a SEC championship.

Florida is beating Georgia again which is nice to see. Florida and Arkansas always play Tennessee very tough, should be fun to see if they can finally win a SEC championship.

Tennessee won the SEC regular season championship in 2007. Granted, that's our only one. We have had better success in the SEC Tournament (winning twice in 2006 and 2011). I have always thought (for what ever reason) we focus more on building a team to win the National Championship than the SEC Championship. I know that sounds strange but it's just an opinion. We are the most decorated team in the NCAA to never have won a NC. We have finished 2nd twice. Third several times and got there ( not and easy task) seven times all under the Weekly's leadership and some stellar pitchers.

Strike zone was the smallest I have seen. Our pitchers did do a good job once they decided where they could get a strike and we gave up only 3-4 hits. I( really like these run called games. Saves the pitching for a couple of innings.
