Pickens had really great control of her pitches in this game. When that happens she is almost unhittable.

fullerton scares me. they beat us last year. they’re always pretty dang good.

The next team we play has a hitter that is batting .639 with 23 hits in 36 at bats. They have a couple of players over .400 and a hitter batting .367 with 3 homeruns. Their best pitcher has a 2.37 era and teams are batting .161 against her. We may need to score a few runs to win this one. Depends on how Gottshall pitches today looks like you get through their top four then you have a bunch of .200 hitters that follow.
