Karen isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. If she leaves early it’s because Ralph is in bad health.

I was responding to this one…”you think someone from a non P4 could come in and move us into the wcws and contend for titles?”

And I still stand by my statement, how many nattys has Karen won? Because at the end of the day, any proven coach in or out of the P4 has just as much of a chance to win a natty at Tennessee than Karen at this juncture.

winning 2 sec regular season titles and a tournament title in the last two years i’ll take. karen isn’t an elite coach, but she’s a good coach who will keep u relevant. i just don’t think softball is the sport where u can gamble with coaches. karen’s end of coaching is coming, i just hope we don’t go the mid major route in softball.

Don’t be absurd. Never said nor implied that. Danny hired Kim to lead a prestigious program at Tennessee. From outside a P4 and with 0 nattys. My point was and is that the next head softball coach at Tennessee doesn’t have to come from a P4 conference or have a natty.

Basketball coaching and softball coaching has zero relatability. You can’t go and take marshall’s softball coach and call it a day. You can in basketball

And I just about guarantee we will, unless they decide to promote the assistant coach they just got. Maybe he was hired with promises made already.

So you are saying that a prestigious program like Tennessee WBB can hire a proven coach from outside the P4 but hadn’t proven anything IN a P4 program but cannot do the same in softball? You can’t be serious.

This is the worst fundamental Tennessee team in history!!!!

10U softball coaches hold there players more accountable than Karen does.

I don’t care who you are or where you hit in the lineup. You are an SEC player and if you can’t get a bunt down you shouldn’t be playing until you can. I bet if you pull Boo out because she didn’t get the bunt down guaranteed she gets it down the next time she’s asked.

You will never win close game if you can’t bunt.

Terrible job of coaching by the whole stuff.

Arkansas threw hard outside and changeups to keep the hitters off balances.

No adjustments made.

Rather than hitting the ball hard right side and hitting early in the count to take the changeup away we continued to take pitches and let there pitcher work ahead of our hitters all game.

Ryan, Katie, and Doyle hasn’t played much all year and we decided to play them tonight. They looked lost and uncoached.

Lack of coaching and talent was exposed tonight with the team.
