Maybe Coach has reason to believes she has abilities to make enough impactive big plays in the hole to more than offset these errors. Not her first rodeo! Might be right or might be wrong, but there must be some logic to experiment at least to this point in the season.

Bella was one of the top infielders other class. She is a great talent and the Lady Vols are very fortunate she chose to continue her career here. I know for a fact that Karen is pleased with her and is helping Bella to improve. Bella’s development slowed last season when she was injured.

Only development during the injury, was we all seen Mueller was the better shortstop. Just stating the facts.

Give me one other SEC school she would be starting at shortstop the last two years for?

I have zero hate for Faw but I have a problem not starting the teams best 9. And not convinced we are starting our best nine. The baseball team can win the college’s World Series. Why can’t we have those expectation and hold softball to that accountability?

Typically coaches lose jobs for the debacle we had against Alabama at home in the playoffs. We didn’t lose because of pitching we didn’t lose because of defense we lost because we couldn’t hit and continuously to have your worst hitter on the team in the lineup is mind blowing. trying to develop players in SEC play is crazy if you think that is what she is doing. So her glove is so valuable you’d rather sit Rodriguez, Taylor, Doyle, Dodge and Leach and not have their bat in the lineup.

Coaches lose jobs for losing in a super regional after winning a conference championship? Can you give me an example where that happened?

Good thing we didn’t fire Tony back in 2022 when the team many still believe is the greatest team in college baseball history didn’t make it out of supers against Notre Dame.

We lost because the umpire did not stop the lady gumps from setting up over the plate taking half the strike zone away from Payton. It got fixed after the weather delay but it gave Alabama 4 runs before then.

As far as Bella goes, it is not up to me but if it were, I would start her at SS. She is our best SS whether your experienced eye tells you that or not. You are hating for no reason at all except you have convinced yourself she is not worthy. I can tell you the whole team, and any part of it, would disagree with you but then that does not fit your Nega agenda does it.

Yeah, Mueller would be a great addition. Too bad we don’t have one of those on the team but we do have a great SS in Bella Faw. Why don’t you actually start following the team instead of taking undeserved cheap shots at the players and coaches.

Mardjetko is pitching otherwise the lineup is the same if “live stats” has it right. Really like this lineup with all the front loaded power followed by D-Rod, Gabby, Bella and Saviya.

doesn’t look like our offense is gonna show up today. the top of our lineup hasn’t been too great this weekend. gotta get them going and consistently on.
