I looked it up Canady has a little better stats than Karlyn but going to Tech has taken her completely off the national radar. Of course t he tournament is what matters in the end.

He’d be incorrect. Most teams in the top 25 have an ace. Some even have multiple.

Most Top 25 teams have solid pitchers. Our definitions of an ace doesn’t have align. Not every team can trot out a Pickens, Rothrock, Canady etc. Those that can have an advantage.

Again, odd way to phrase the point you're trying to make. "KP elevates the team and makes us a threat at the upper echelon of the sport" is a lot different than saying something like "We'd be in trouble without her."
