Regarding Matty Moss's hit single, She was our second "pitcher" for the game. If she was removed from the game for a a sub runner, she could not return and pitch the next inning.

Do you not get a courtesy runner for the pitcher or catcher, where it's not a charged substitution?

James Madison will be a very difficult game for the Lady Vols today...they are for real and have ,some think,the best pitcher in the Nation...Megan zGood

The James Madison team is for real. Beat Oregon on Fri...they have ,some think,the best pitcher in the nation ..Megan Good..Our girls will need to be on top of their game..

OK I hear you, however if she was so much needed to pitch she should never have been trying to steal a base with her lack of any speed and chance of injury. She only pitched to one batter in the 6th. I theory you are right. Thanks!

Need a shutout from our pitchers today in game one as runs are going to be hard to come by.

Game may be over already they have one of the top three pitchers in softball. We'll need to hold them at two for the game and hope we can scrape two across the plate somehow,
