It's one thing to say that he is a horrible coach, that's understandable. But to call him a POS, just makes you the one that's a POS. He's a good high character man and a way better man than you from what you just did.

I really could care less where he goes...just as long as he goes.

I really don't think Hart will hire another coach until Pearl gets a job somewhere else next year. Wait til Pearl is hired by another university, then the buyout will also be cut in half at the same time, then the search is on.

Maybe I have the timing wrong, but Pearl's show cause expires in August, 2014 - correct. If that's the case, nobody is hiring him this Spring, but he'd be a very hot candidate in the Spring of 2015. So, if Hart is waiting until after CCM's fourth year to make a move, that may put him right in the eye of the Pearl storm.

Pearl is actively petitioning the NCAA to reduce his show cause to end in March. If that happens he could be hired this spring.

Hope the NCAA grants the request. I agree Hart won't be starting any coaching search at a time when Bruce Pearl is on the market.

With the penalties that has been given out recently, I do not see how the NCAA could not grant his request....especially, if they want to avoid a lawsuit.

I think he'll get hired in the Spring no matter what. Whatever school hires him just has to show that he won't be around players or recruits until August when the show cause runs up. He can put together a staff, and have them start recruiting and working the players out while he's working with admin.

The sky is falling anyway. If we are projected in the playin game at this point it may already be on the ground.
