is the only way to get lower level seats to buy season tickets or buy from someone who has season tickets?

In the past, they have sold some of the students' lower-level seating to the public for home games over X-mas break. The NC A&T game on Dec. 23 falls in that category. They'll probably sell their seats in the corner. The students would, of course, keep their space behind the basket.

Yep. You could also buy them somewhere on the Internet or on the street.
