All other stats are neck and neck as far as I can see. They dropped a few more freethrows, but they were at the line a bit more too. Tough loss to a lesser team, but time to ralley the troops and get ready for the tourney.

CBP drew up 2 oob plays that resulted in a 5sec call and a TO in the last 10sec. To not put any blame on him is ridiculous

Bottom line is, if UT gets in a close game to the wire, you can count it as a loss. They go absolutely brain dead at the end of the game.

I can't believe how back and forth the last 9 seconds of that game went...no one could get the ball in bounds and players were out of control.

Problem is no leadership.

We were cheated 1 point at the end off of the missed 2pt shot call (foot was clearly on the line but they never checked it). Should have been 61 all and the out look of the game would have been way different. Pathetic.

The refs calls were as pathetic as sucky JP's play.

You all can dog JP all you want, but one of the main reasons we lost this game was Tyler Smith.

Totally irrelevent what happened up to 62-61 with Prince shooting to tie. He then had three opportunities in a row to make the play for the team and he absolutley bombed all three times.

Absolutely awful. J.P. Prince with a braindead turnover. This team doesn't deserve a championship. I swear Tenn is cursed in Sec tourneys.

:banghead2: ditto that we are soo cursed, draw MSU for the title and shoot like 28% from the field, countless misses by Smith. JP with yet another bonehead decision. Why did I even get my hopes up today!

Because we are young... Last year we had the duo for. Clutch time.. Today tyler was off so our clutch guy if you will was a no show and the others that can step up are juco transfer and or freshmen
