Vandy will be a tough game for UT this year. Hate him or not they're a lot better than what they were.

How so? Didn't they lose key players on offence like Zach Stacey and don't they have QB issues or at least questions?

Ummmm.... Unless you and I saw a different game, it was very evident that UT quit during that game. From the top of the staff down through the roster. We had maybe 2-3 players actually appearing to give a damn in that game. Dooley lost that team weeks before, but they totally had quit on him by that game. Don't you remember all the talks leading up to that game about Dooley being fired? That locker room was in shambles. Guess what happened? Dooley fired the next morning!!!!!!!!!!

Friggin this.......just like the mainstream media will show you which conservatives they fear the most by attacking them instead of dismissing them, same concept applies here.

Key Returners: WR Jordan Matthews, WR Chris Boyd, OT Wesley Johnson, DE Walker May, LB Chase Garnham and CB Andre Hal

Key Losses: RB Zac Stacy, QB Jordan Rodgers, OT Ryan Seymour, DT Rob Lohr, LB Archibald Barnes and CB Trey Wilson

They have a bit of a QB battle themselves. I like our talent at QB far and away theirs. They have a few key returners but their key loses out weigh what is staying. IMO.....

Our Oline is arguably the best in the country. Unless they totally flop, they should remain very good. We have key all SEC talents on Defense and I think will be much improved just based on principal. How could they be any worse????? By that game one of our QBs will be more than settled in and rocking!!! Our backfield on offense is way more talented and deeper than theirs.

Sadly, I expected us to lose that game last year based on Dools losing the team all together. I would be way more upset if we lose this season to them. Butch ain't losing this group or he will lose them. He has set the tone and made it clear!!!

i really like that gif,one of the best i've seen on here :) and yes,I'm tiered of hearing about Vandy also,i will think about them a week before we play them next,way to much happening before that game

Just look at the score board, they destroyed us ever way you could, you can blame it on dolls are whoever but they gave us a old fashion azz kicking dont like it but thats the way it was, now see if we grew up a little bit, and pull out a stick and beat the hell out of them, thats what you do about it.:bash:

35-14 vols. no overtime. They are not worthy of our extra time on the field. We handle them like Tennessee is supposed to handle them.

Like the baby that they are. ( I had a better word I wanted in there) :)

Overtime, its got down to that, i remember going to the Tennessee and Vandy game and giving 40 points to my friends, and sometimes that was not enough to bet, i just cant believe how far we fell in a short time.:cray:

Better two steps from Hell walking away than a thousand miles away walking toward Hell. Rebuilding will take a bit of time unfortunately.

Exactly... I'm tired of hearing about Vandy as much as the next guy, but when I saw this gif it just seemed to be fit the circumstance of what I'm expecting from this year's game.

For the rest of you complaining about Vandy threads...

It should have been evident since "Vandy" was listed in the title of the thread, so my advice would be don't open a thread about "Vandy" and then complain when it's... wait for it...

I like the gif. People keep talking about it because it was an embarassment. We played with no life and zero passion. Every one of us as fans should want redemption. We are more talented and should win this game with ease next year IF we come out fired up and play to our potential. There's nothing wrong with wanting revenge.
