A LOI does supersede your rights to your own property.

Leave to the NCAA to say what you can and can't do with your belongings.

the Constitution does not apply to this case and it's funny you even bring it up. I guess when I go cuss out my boss I'll be able to win wrongful termination based on the 1st amendment?

Tressel was on his knees with the NCAA, and he wasn't praying, to keep them boys eligible to play that game. They would have gotten destroyed and it would have been another year that the Buckeyes were the SEC's b without them.

Actually the (BCS)Sugarbowl steped in and flexed it muscles and told the NCAA to let those guys play.

And to your second comment, name a team that could have gone without a bunch of their best players and not get destroyed?

Different sport but Vols against Kansas last year in basketball.

They should just strip OSU of the Sugar Bowl title if all 5 players dont return. If a player isnt there to serve his suspension then he should have been suspended for the Bowl Game. Therefore he should be ineligible for that game.

This is true.

Tressel probably didn't mind the ruling but what he had to say had very little to do with what the NCAA came up with.
