You might want to go check your measuring stick. Dobbs had already scrambled and was at least 10 yards behind the line of scrimmage. That ball, at the angle, was thrown at least 20 yards. :no:

Go back and watch it. Play side guard pulls around and the FB is leading and looking to kick the end man on the line of scrimmage.

It was third and 7. Ladler picks the ball off right at ten yards and wr is sitting at about 12 yards deep. Sadly I just went back and watched it...painful

And Dobbs was 10+ yards behind the line of scrimmage, scrambling, and throwing at an angle. As I said, it was at least a 20+ yard pass as compared to your previous statement that it was 5 - 10.
