This is hear say, no hard evidence. But John McClain is on 104.5 the zone out of Nashville on Wednesdays. He has one of the best NFL minds i have ever heard. Plus he lives and writes in Houston. He says this will happen without a shadow of a doubt. I believe him.

Why?

Who will Carr go to and what will be his price in terms of draft picks/players?

Why is a guy that lives in Houston on a daily (I guess?) radio show in Nashville?

Found this on SI.com
David Carr will be traded, and Jake Plummer will be the Texans quarterback next season. Plummer will compete with Sage Rosenfels and a rookie Gary Kubiak wants to develop.

Don't you know that warms Plummer's heart about playing for Houston knowing he'll be competing with the incomparable Sage Rosenfels.

i feel sorry for Carr. The Texans had probably the worst offensive line ever (sorry Fred Weary :hmm: ) Joe Montana wouldn't even be successful with that OLine

Not really. Carr is a bum. No leadership, completely locked into checkdown mode, and he is gunshy. Blame it all you want on the situation around him, but he gets cut WAY too much slack. There is no way you can't put alot of blame on him.

He did not have a great year. At the Titans game this year, I witnessed him with my own two eyes directly to Andre Johnson, who was bracket covered by 4 men that resulted in a Chris Hope INT. Carr never even looked away. Kubiak then proceeded to bench him for Rosenfels. So what, he had a good completion %. Rick Clausen could have made those 3-7 yard throws that Carr makes to boost his completion %. He never even looks downfield anymore. Gunshy.

I wouldnt call 68% completion percentage nothing. 82.1 QB rating. If nothing else they beat the superbowl champs. Aguably he only had one horrible game last season, against NE.
