I said Worse you Bammer. Ill admit every school had some questionable titles but a few of Bamas are laughable.

1930- one guy awarded you the title. ONE??? I guess that's enough.

1941- you finished 3rd in the SEC???? 3rd!

Finally my main point is most TN fans don't brag about 6 titles. When asked I usually say 2. Every Bammer and their mamma wants to scream "14 titles baby". Its a joke. Alabama is the only fan base more delusional than ours...but they are 14X more delusional.

And Bama has three selectors in 1930, one of each type:

Math: Sagarin
Poll: CFRA
Research: Parke Davis

Bull crap. I've been on this board long enough to know that the bulk of UT fans not only claim 6 but, like yourself, have given more thought to Bama's claims than their own.

And you asked for a take on UT's claims, which I provided. UT claims 6. And even if you only count the two consensus titles, 1951 falls apart under the standard you wanted to place on Bama's '73.
