The Hilton would be fine if people used the second exit to leave the garage. It's easy access to get out on the street. However, most people don't know it exist so they use the first exit you come to, then we just sit.

Totally agree. I like to think of us as one of the traditional CFP schools with iconic colors that doesn't need the gimmick unis, and our stock home and away uniforms are so damn classic and great looking. The only 'alternates' I like at all are the stormtroopers and the all orange - with white helmets, of course.

Now we'll get the usual stuff about the kids and recruits loving the gimmicky grey and black, but that doesn't seem to stop Alabama and Penn State from recruiting at a high level every year, and Penn State hasn't been a real national power for ages.

You know the program is heading in the right direction when the uniforms worn for a couple of games are a such major beef with so many.

Me too! I can not believe CBS let the SEC go for the lame Big 12 or whatever its called now. That sounds like a huge step back in quality of product lol!

Possibly. I think we will be on CBS against Bama based on the games that week and Georgia could be on CBS the week before against Ole Miss. But yes looking at week 12 there isnt much competition for the UT Georgia game.

But at some point doesnt CBS get two games? An afternoon and evening game? If you look at the entire week12 schedule UT/UGA looks like the biggest game of the week (obviously both teams need to continue to do well). The only other one to compete with is USC/UCLA.

USC/UCLA will be a late game if they both keep playing well, or USC is still in the Top 5 at that point.
Let game in the East is an early afternoon out there...heck, ESPN/ABC might even lobby for that one to be a 9pm EST kick.

That would clear the way for UT/UGA to be a 7:30 kick on ESPN/ABC.
Unless CBS gets involved and then UT/UGA ends up being 3:30.

Oh, I’m all about tradition. We are orange and white and that can include the helmet. I don’t mind the black out uniforms (the kids playing like them, we’ve seen three times now in Hype’s tenure) and I’m fine with any combination of orange/orange or orange/white at home or away, including orange helmets. JMO like anyone else. But you and I don’t get to make those decisions, so I don’t worry about it much and don’t think it adversely affects our play. It is in part the new age of college football. I suppose everyone has their preferences and I don’t begrudge them that at all. I liked the orange helmets. Having said that, I’m a big fan of Storm Trooper white unis for away games. I just don’t believe whatever combo of uniform has any effect on wins and losses. As Manfred Von Richtofen (The Red Baron) said, “It’s not the creight, but the man flying in it!” GBO! 🍊

Texas A&M’s defense has only allowed 7 tds this year. Their offense has had a pick 6, fumble returned for a td, and a kick off td.

That is why they never did it before, despite there being a lot of desire to...because it would look like that lol.

We also wore the worst uniform to showcase it, it would have looked significantly better with orange pants imo.
