Two observations thus far:

I'm still looking to see the legal side of this if there actually is one that would allow us to secede.

Look guy, im all about the aggies joining the sec and taking the UT boot off your alls necks....

but get your boys...saying tennessee is a pushover stings us..we are use to winning and we are not comfortable with this recent rebuilding...make no mistake rocky top will be scary again....:rock::rock:

on the Texas AM board they seem to be already preparing for the move....man i do feel for that fan base... i think it would be cool to make the conference stronger and getting into texas.....but at the same time thats not good for my vols...

who knows...

Why isn't it good for the Vols? The Aggies are no stronger than Arkansas, as a program. And it gives a bigger recruiting avenue into Texas.

im not saying im against it bc it would be cool and new....but they arnt good bc they play second fiddle to texas.... if AM leaves and can recruit TEXAS being a SEC team..wile texas is stuck in a pitaful weak conference...then AM could become the powerhouse....

in one way it would be cool....

but then again i might just want to let that sleeping giant sleep....

Our fan base proves nothing more than what most other fan bases prove. There are fools amongst all of us. This is about the $ and until I see it otherwise, I'd say we're staying. All indications lead to us staying put regardless of what some "High ranking official" has said.

And for those of you who scoff at the notion that an Aggie fan thinks they could beat Tennessee this upcoming season, you might need to check yourself.

Let the TXVOL07 bashing begin.

Once again, I don't care about your fans, I just don't want to add a bad team to the conference that does nothing for us.

Check our last meeting. I am not saying TAMU couldn't beat Tennessee, I am saying we are far from an easily winnable road game, for the likes of a team like TAMU.
