We were losing at half to all but UF in our losses. At this point do you really think there is any halftime adjustment our defense could actually make to make a difference. If Sunseri has been limited to his defensive duties or whatever I can only see us being better this week.

Shameless bump by the OP after the A&M win. To be clear, I don't care if Clay Travis (or you) are gay. I somehow managed to spend the evening with Ohio State fans (a couple of which would rate a solid 6 in SEC lands, so they must be straight 11s in Big Ten country), and I did write the post in their post-euphoria of having Meyer and my post euphoria of Sammy A on draught.

If Gruden is not coming because of Cheek, it's going to be a real winter of discontent for Vol football for a long time I fear. Dooley officially made us a train wreck against Mizzou. The entire Vol identity has been ground up and mashed into incoherence under his watch. He has truly taught us how to lose.

They would lose to the SEC powers in every game this year. About like they have so far. I don't see them beating Bama or UGA. MissSt is not as good as we made them look. I think UT & MSU did about the same against Bama. Which is get housed.

I honestly think the way to beat ego maniacs like Spurrier/Meyers/Saban is to smash them in the mouth early and often. Then they get mad and lose composure and make dumb calls.
