When? Mack Brown has easily the best recruiting base to work with in the country, and can cherry pick from it; yet he's taken than enormous advantage and produced exactly two conference titles since he's been there.

Oklahoma has won three times as many conference titles in the same time span. Not only that, there are around a dozen BCS programs that have won more conference titles than mighty Texas since Brown got the job.

How does it feel to know that you have the most valuable college athletics program on the planet, square in the middle of the national capital of high school football talent and are lucky to win your own conference twice in a decade?
