What is all this 'hate' on sports announcers? I usually have five TV games on at once and don't have time to listen to the announcers blather. I have the sound down even if there is only one game going! Who the broadcast crew is never bothers me as I don't listen to them. The networks could save a lot of money if they only sent a camera crew to cover a game. One does not need someone telling you what you are seeing!

I remember NBC tried this with the NFL about 28 years ago because of all the complaining from viewers & it didn't go over very well without those pesky announcers calling the game.

So far the SEC Network has chosen the worst folks to be on the show across the whole network. Bammer Baulm makes me sick! And those phone calls where funny when only the state of ignorance could hear them but now that crap is broadcast for the whole country to hear! I hate we are associated with those mouth breathing idiots from AL.... I hope they get sick of it by next year and change the coverage to something else....whats the guys name goob... unbelievable!

You know I actually liked the old Houston QB on ESPN3 last year.

If I had my choice SEC Network would be anchored by Dave Logan (he does Broncos Games and almost went to MNF).

All in all, there is a talent void in Football reporting.
