He’s not yet producing top 5 results and he’s being paid too 5 money. There’s no arguing those facts. But he’s producing top 15-20 results and I honestly can’t name many coaches I’d rather have than him. If we go past the Sweet 16 then this “Barnes is paid too much” talk should be gone. We shall see. We absolutely did the right thing by paying the man though.

He’ll be worth every penny if by the time he retires UT is consistently a nationally relevant program that has the attention of some of the top recruits in the country.

I have never in my lifetime seen a team improve as much as this team has this year . We looked like fringe top 25 team after Texas Tech and now we look like a Final Four team

I remember thinking earlier in the season the team didn’t look like a Top 25 team. What a difference. Credit to the team and Barnes.
