Am I allowed to have sour grapes after that? If so, screw you NFL. If not, this is a pretty good representation of the last 50+ years of Lions football.

I feel ya. Phil Simms can go get bent too. Let's put all the focus on Suh and his "dirty" playstyle and not focus on Stafford getting canned every other play. Hope the ref had an escort going out of the game. Big D can get pretty hostile... ask Ron Artest.

I'm getting sick of all the crap Suh takes every week. As recently as five years ago he would have been celebrated as a hard nosed guy who intimidated the hell out of opponents with his physical play. Too bad he showed up a generation too late when the commissioner is literally doing everything in his power to legislate defense and hard hits out of the game.

Be mad at the rule, and your coach. Can't be mad at the refs for enforcing it.

For Christ's sake, it happened last week. You would think that he would have noticed that and wouldn't have thrown the flag.

That said, it is a moronic rule. Absolutely ridiculous. It shouldn't even be a 15 yard penalty, much less screw you on an obvious play that needs to be overturned.
