That's it for Muschump

This sucks, because Florida will replace him with a great coach.

Could be. Maybe not. FL is a dumpster fire right now. The roster is bad and recruiting has steadily declined over the last couple years. Some of the Big names may turn them down.

Then again they seem to have a cycle of good coach, bad coach, good coach. Zook was a really good recruiter though. It was more attractive when he got canned.

You forgot the sound of the cash register.

Florida can (and likely will) toss a lot of money at whomever they hire. That kind of thing does tend to make coaches pause for thought before automatically saying no.

It's not about being scared. It's about UF getting a truly great coach. Florida is talent loaded as a state.

We should be jockeying for Muschamp to stay at UF for as long as possible.

The same people that are happy to see WM leave will be the same ones wanting him back if UF hires a really good coach and starts to throttle UT on a consistent basis.

He gone. **** him.

the roster aint that bad two 5 top classes back to back in 2012 and 2013 and another top 10 in 2014 i would compare it to what auburn had when chiz was fired

our offense isnt even that bad talent wise defense still has young studs all over

going by rivals we had the

#3 class in 2012
#4 class in 2013
#8 class in 2014

His 4 classes were 11, 3, 4 and 8. Recruiting hasn't been a problem and only is this year cause there's guys that wanted to play for him that weren't jumping on until they knew he was retained. They may not jump on now.

Edit: Big Boi beat me to it.

What about attrition? Plus there is additional attrition when a coaching change occurs.

1 or 2 guys from each class are gone but for the most part we havent had too much attrition

what happens when muschamp leaves we'll see could be alot of guys that find a new home

Muschamp will be a great defensive coordinator for somebody. I bet he's on Spurrier's staff in 2015 when SOS dumps his defensive coordinator
