Damnit I never realized the reason I was so depressed during our football season was due to VNs systematic white oppression and not because we lost . Someone should do a poll on that for confirmation .

The cash HUD gets goes through Congress. Trump signed the spending bill last year like a two year old with a crayon. He probably had no clue what was in it and signed it because one of his yes men told him he was "winning and owning the liberals." Probably the same this time around.
How HUD grants are used is not up to federal representatives of a district anyways, so most of this thread is a moot point. Pissed about Baltimore? Take it up with the local government and local officials.

Yeah, no point in taking it up with Elijah. 13 years in the Maryland House of Delegates, and then 23 years in the U.S. House of Representatives. Yep, if he was going to do anything for his city, he should have at least gotten a good start on it by now.

One cannot help but wonder what changes to his net worth have taken place over the last 36 years...while Baltimore slowly sank into the abyss.

All Trump's fault. Two year old with a crayon. Had no idea. All about winning.

That leaves 34 years of "The Downfall of Baltimore" unaccounted for. Are 8 of those Obama's fault? Just asking.
