That's racist!

Oh. I just got a letter from HR letting me know I've been selected for promotion to a GS-15 with Uncle Sam. 100% chance people of lesser education and intelligence will be screaming racism next week.
For those that don't know, thats to top level of Federal Government. Next step is executive pay grade. Gonna be making more than congress!

There were already 3 EEO complaints that got less fortunate peoples on the hiring list. There will be more EEO complains soon I am sure. One of those things that makes me glad I only to temporary gigs as a manager. The personnel issues in government are ridiculous.

If a well manicured front lawn is racist then I guess I'm the grand dragon wizard god king of racism.

Its a good point though. If I go into a neighborhood I can almost always tell who is not White just by looking at their decrepit lawn or the vehicles in their driveway. I guess not being lazy and having pride in ones surroundings is racist. Glad they can unintentionally reinforce that minority stereotype.
I love a well manicured front yard and a nice big .... but not too big back yard

Oh yeah I hear ya. A well manicured front lawn with nicely timed bush really makes one stand out among the crowd. I like a decent back yard where I have plenty of room to plow and lay seed.

For a garden of course.

No. Thank you for paying your taxes :)

I'm a 13 (non-sup) on the LEO side. Love what I do. Still work PT at my old SO because (a) my Sheriff (who was the Capt. who hired me back in 2000) asked me to, and (b) I still have a bit left in the tank. Next year will be my last with the SO. I'm well past the HR218 requirements, so I'm good there.

I'm just at that point where I'm no good past 100 yards in a foot chase; wise enough to not take on a liquored-up or wired husband/boyfriend at a domestic; can still PIT like a champ; pretty good with stop-sticks; and have had my fill of hair-raising chases on I-95. At some point, you step back and let the young bucks grow antlers. I'm near that point.

I'll still keep up my POST hours, and help with in-house training and the occasional "we really need you" calls, but it's time for me to start looking for a comfortable chair that will fit on my back porch.

I'm lucky to be alive. No point in daring the Good Lord to bail me out yet again.

Arrested for what?
Rude thoughts.

I like the people unironically demanding the parents be arrested too "because he learned it from them". We had **** dial up when I was 12 but if you hadn't looked up hundreds of dirty jokes you were not using the internet correctly.

Washington State suggests schools give priority to nonwhite students during reopening

The guide cited a theoretical reopening plan that would "serve students furthest from educational justice first," among which it cited "students of color."

Others recommended to receive priority reopening slots included "students with disabilities, English learners, students experiencing homelessness, [and] students experiencing poverty."

I thought reopening schools was another step in our campaign of minority genocide? Now they’re saying leave the white folks at home we got this. Stunning and brave for sure.

That's the way to go! Our FAA sups are 14's and 15's. I've done 90 day details in those positions, its never fun. Our 14 and 15 non sup's are a little harder to come by but you have to be willing to basically move to the few locations they exist at.

Sounds like you're ready to sit on the porch and watch sunsets. I've got 16 years left minimum.
