Once again do you have a point? I have a Black friend who lived in China for two years and experienced racism due to ignorance. The only Black people they ever see are the ones in the media. Up until the last few years most portrayals of Black people in the Western media has been negative. They learned it from the White media.

They also hate Koreans, Japanese, and different Chinese ethnic groups than their own. Some people will hate other groups due to ignorance in any culture.

Last year in Memphis, blacks were robbing Latinos. So, the latinos just started shooting the blacks.
