I learned about it the first week I lived there for God's sake. Not really. Two other posters have posted links about it in other threads. One from CNN and one from the Federalist (I’m considering the source in both cases) and the information laid out is basically identical. There is a puzzling part where Fellow at a think tank says it will get tossed the first time someone goes to court over it, then the same person is quoted as saying more districts will begin trying it. Kind of bizarre. Either way, I wouldn’t set foot in Minneapolis if the Braves were in the WS and it was the night of the last Widespread Panic concert of all time.
