The General didn't tell the whole story. And he gave a great speech about treating someone from a different race with dignity and respect, but he never ask to treat someone from the same race with dignity and respect. If your afraid to ask everyone for dignity and respect then don't ask anyone.

Reminds me of that Tennessee football player has been that had his car "vandalized with the N word" after the Trump victory. As often is the case with racist vandalism it was fabricated.
