I remember when the Jets/Miami games were always the wildest games of the year. Lots of offensive and crazy endings......will this be any different?

The Jets had every opportunity to win the AFC East as the Pats tried to give it away early on. Now that the Phins are still in it all of a sudden the Jets should win it? Go PHINS!

lol-the titans-once again lol. Houston...really?

lol, the jets lose to Oakland, Seattle, 49ers, Broncos, Chargers, and Patriots. The only quality team in that bunch is the Patriots.

get ready to lose to the Dolphins and watch the playoffs from the couch.

Yeah, remind me of the score of the Phins and KC. game last week when the temp was only 10 deg. and wind chill was only -12.

Choke Pennington will show up sunday thanks god and the jets will win. 24-17.

you do realize Chad Pennington's pro career has lasted longer than the real Heath Shuler's and he's obviously earned the respect of his offensive line?

Your namesake turned out to be another great college quarterback in the mold of Danny Wuerfful, Tim Couch and Akili Smith.

Favre has been playing like crap lately. I don't know if it's the shoulder injury or what, but I wouldn't bet on the Jets this time. Wanted to see "4" exit after at least 1 playoff win in his final year.....but it sure doesn't look good.

Miami is playing in NY so they might have some problems. The jets arent that great but it will be very cold in NY. It should be an interesting game. Of course they still have to hope Patriots lose to the bills or it wont matter if the jets win or not.

As I understand it the Jets hold tie breaker and the Pats are a game behind. Therefore a Dolphins win over the Jets would award Miami the division title irregardless of what the Pats do.

Temps right now are suppose to be 58degrees at kickoff. Not cold at all. Even at that, the phins won last week in 10 degree weather with a -12 windchill. If the phins win, they win the division regardless of what the pats do.

And it looks like the jets might be done after this game unless they get some help from the jags

I've never pulled for Miami, and won't after today, but I hope they win and eliminate the Jets from the playoffs.

here's something neat too: seems some word came out today that Favre doesnt like playing for mangini

REPORT: FAVRE DOESN’T LIKE PLAYING FOR MANGINI
Posted by Mike Florio on December 28, 2008, 12:11 p.m. EST
Apart from a nagging shoulder injury that has gotten worse over the past few weeks, a major factor that will influence whether quarterback Brett Favre will return to the Jets in 2009 is whether and to what extent he’s happy.

Per FOX’s Jay Glazer, Favre isn’t happy playing for coach Eric Mangini.

The problem? In Green Bay, Favre had his own set of rules. In New York, Favre is treated like everyone else.

He regularly is called to the “principal’s office” to answer questions about the basis for Favre’s in-game decisions. Also, Mangini has called Favre out in front of the team.

So if Favre plays next year, it apparently won’t be for the Jets.
