Too bad I didn't know about this in 2004-05, would have made things a lot nicer at the time.

You know it took what ten years at an ever escalating membership to post 10,000,000 post a few more coaching changes and in the next ten years freak will have this many post knocked out in 5 years or less.

That is pretty crazy. Avg 1 mil/year is nothing to sneeze at.

Freak, what was the critical mass in active users that got this place rockin'?

To be honest I'm not really sure. Maybe some of the old timers have some insight.

So do you have the ability to tell exactly who puts up magic number 10,000,000?

Congrats on a heck of a site Freak. I obviously haven't posted that much over the years, but I can say I have pretty much got on here and read daily since 2005.

I'm not an old timer but i joined with only 17,000+ members as I recall. I think the Forced retirement of one Coach Phillip Fulmer may just have been the tipping point.

I joined in July of 08. Lurked a few months (maybe a year or so) before that. Still wasn't really an active user until late 09. It wasn't until I discovered the OT forums around '11 that my posting activity increased.

Probably a good guess. I was thinking it was around the Kiffin era that things really skyrocketed.

Glad you stuck around. :hi:

I'm sure there are thousands that log in just to read my advice.

Likely millions.
