I just got a huge invite to the Talladega race weekend. Thrus-Mon in RVs in the infield. All food/drinks/tickets paid for. Work related so no vacation days! I'll prob have to do some cooking on the smoker, but I love doing that anyway.

I'm pumped. I've been to Talladega a bunch of times. Never camped out the whole weekend though.

My plans just got smashed..... one of my good friend's sons is getting married that weekend. Got the invitation in the mail. He's beenctovevery one of my kids bday parties. No way I can skip out on his son's wedding. Life always seems to get in the way. Friends are more important in the long run.

well, for starters I didnt sleep well last night. I got up and took the boy to school and had to go by and pick the black car up from the body shop. Went by and checked to see if the wifes rifle had came in. I finally made it back home around 10, tried to lay on the couch and take a nap but the damned phone rang every 5 minutes. I finally gave up.

the town where I live is playing at the U of A in Fayetteville Monday. They are picked to win the state championship this year, but they play Fayetteville which is 6A if I am not mistaken. So much for going undefeated.
