Mempis State vs Missou

Kansas vs Mich State

I really think the Memphis State vs Missou game could be a super good game.

What do you guys think?

It very well could be. I think Villanova and Duke will be a good game as well.

All of them will be good games. I just think the styles of these teams and the types of players they have will make it a good game. Mizzou players are tough and play hard the full game. Memphis state is bigger and plays tough as well. It will be interesting to see if Mizzou will be able to make Memphis state turn the ball over with their aggressive defense. If they dont Memphis state will own the boards and beat them pretty good.

I have thought this would be a good game from the start of the tournament. I agree with your assesment.

And thanks for calling Memphis State by the right name.

If Duke continues their pattern of playing well for 10 or so minutes and holding on (good observation on that one volfanbill) Villanova will absolutely murder them.

i think Memphis will work Mizzu just because Mizzu had a hard wrking game against UM. and they wont have there legs to compete with the up tempo tigers

I have Mizzu winning this one in my bracket and UCONN beating Purdue ..... it's my only "perfect" region...so, you can expect that these games will not go my way considering the law of averages...

They have a week to rest and only played 2 games in 3 days. Fatigue won't be a factor in this game like it could be for the elite 8 match up.

How does fatigue come into play when we don't play until thursday??

Mizzou is the best conditioned team in the country. I'm not saying they will for sure dominate... but fatigue won't be how they lose

They know it has the best chance to be a great game (see: upset). Also, UNC pulls in huge ratings.

I don't really think it has that good of a chance to be a great game - but I can understand the ratings.

Like people have said - Villanova/Duke and Missouri/Memphis seem to be the best.

I'd say Syracuse is conditioned fairly well. You can't honestly tell me "Missouri is the best conditioned team in the NCAA" though.

But I agree about the fatigue part. I don't see why it would be an issue in this game for any team under the same circumstances as Missouri.
