i havent heard for sure yet that he has, supposedly that is the rumor but i havent seen that yet. all i was saying though is people on here are thinking he is going to take his class from memphis and add it to kentucky's and im just saying that aint happening. he may get a few here and there but he wont get everybody.

any player that has been recruited by Cal has the option to get out of his letter of intent....those being the two juco guys and xavier henry, the rest are all verbal commitments. Tyreke evans has already said that he is leaving for the NBA draft and it is rumored around memphis that robert sallie and weslie witherspoon will be leaving memphis for kentucky, which means they will sit for one year.

Memphis is going to come after Pearl, altough I do not see that happening...they do have the money to throw at him with the backing of the same guys who tried to get cal to stay..one including Fred Smith.

Good Lord. How about Carmelo Anthony, Marvin Williams, and Ron Mercer, just to come up with 3 off the top of my head?

If our biggest probelm becomes the fact that our players are so good that they get to go play in the NBA early, I'll be a very happy man.

i think meeks and patterson will stay and UK can very likely get Cousins and I'm not sure about the others but meeks by himself destroyed us last year when we played them at home

I know the C USA isn't very good but I think that everyone will agree with me in saying the SEC wasn't a great conference last year so Cal is going to be playing better competition but it's not like he's coaching in the Big East and the talent he could get next year if everything falls in place would be ridiculous and he could very well take over the SEC in just 1 year.
