Why do people keep saying this? The last time we saw the guy in a competitive situation, he was swinging well, scaring the daylights out of the field and finishing top 5 in a major. His game looked fine to me.

Seems pretty obvious to me, outside of Augusta the past 2 years he's looked pretty bad for his standards and most other top touring pros standards.

He's played 5 events this year and has Top 10'd 3 times. Most other touring pros would give their left nut to "struggle" like that.

if Tiger was most other touring pro's we wouldn't have such high expectations...

If Tiger's in the field, most expect him to win, and for him to win a Major every year

It's simply the Standard he's set, and he's not reaching it

I think that is a lot more accurate.

There's perhaps no better way to spend a Sunday morning than lying on the coach watching golf.

First off, I think spending a Sunday morning on the course is better (assuming it's not packed) and I'd also choose the couch over the coach. But I can't afford a coach, so maybe I shouldn't knock it before I try it.

Not today. It's only 60 here right now. Yesterday was way better.

Auto correct sucks.

I'd have absolutely zero problem playing in 60 degree weather. I've played while it was snowing, I've played with frozen greens. My last round before I left was in the rain. A solid rain. Of course, I've never claimed I was completely right in the head.

Toms should have laid up. He probably just choked it into the drink.

I have always said a ball in a divot should be allowed a free drop. At all levels.

In a fairway. There are some dumb rules. Ball moving at address is dumb too.

Fairway only is what I meant. I just think it's horseshat to be penalized for hitting a drive in a fairway.

Helluva putt by Toms. Clutch.

How many times has Johnny Miller said "trap draw" over the course of NBC's coverage this week. Damn he gets on my nerves.

Ever notice that you never see divots at Augusta. They should have guys lay a chunk of sod in all divots to repair them.
