The 2022 NFL Season Thread

Very unsurprising that Coach Saturday choose Ryan as the starting Colts QB because he is a reliable good QB that gives the Colts the best chance to win.

Only took Mahomes 3 tries to make a 2point conversion just to tie a low scoring game at home. You know Manning and Brady (in his prime) never needed the leagues assistance in scoring.

Tell me you never really watched the NFL back then without telling me you didn't watch the NFL back then.

It must be nice to know if you’re the Packers you basically get all the calls no matter who the other team is

I watched Manning make amazing comebacks with less than 2minutes on the playclock. I'm sorry that you feel the need to defend this watered down product. I am also not alone in feeling that the product is in serious decline.

I feel sorry for you that you apparently have nothing better to do than constantly piss and moan about a product you apparently hate. Did you run out of clouds to yell at?

Are you trying to dunk on me? That would be incredibly weirdsince I was referring to the NFL in general and not one specific game that had not even occurred when I posted.

No, but you put out that this NFL seaosn is boring and the only taker you got is a troll appropriately named "loservol".

I see the Raiders found another entertaining way to lose a close game.

Sharpe will have a lot to criticize since Bayless’s Cowboys failed to defeat a terrible Packers team.

The Texans most likely are going to have an entertaining abysmal season because they have 1 win, not much good players similar any
Teams that are intentionally tanking instead of awful management.

Rodgers owns the Cowboys much like Brady owns the Bills and the Steelers.
That is why I’m very unsurprised the undeniable bad Packers defeated a good Cowboys team in an entertaining competitive game.

Underdogs are winning 40% of the games. They're 62-45-1 against the spread. Both of those numbers are well above average.

To me, this is not boring. It's the opposite. Maybe sloppy, but sloppy is not boring.

Road dogs are 36-26 against the spread. Bigger underdogs are also covering at a high rate. Teams getting more than a field goal are 44-22 ATS through seven weeks. That's a cover rate of 66.7%.

Favorites laying seven points or more are just 15-8-1 straight up. While that may seem fine, it's actually extremely low. That's only a 62.5% winning percentage in games that are viewed as huge mismatches going into the week.

NFL betting: Underdogs and unders continue to dominate NFL season
