I definitely think they set it up for Hauser and he faked his man off his feet but then didn’t shoot. To make it worse, he didn’t stay at the 3 point line after he passed it off. He needed to shoot.

I'm a big Tom Izzo fan--wanted to see the Spartans win it. But FSU, damn: Nowell took some dumb shots late--but they shot incredibly well---98 points.

The bad news is, if we're able to beat Florida Atlantic, we're not going to hold FSU under 60 points, that's for sure, unless they call come down sick tomorrow.

Just noticed the Arkansas/UConn score.Safe to say that Arkansas just ran out of steam and another case of UConn being hot at the right time. What a game here, though. Nowell looking like Chris Paul with these passes.

Great point: Izzy could stay with Nowell better than most players, but without him....Nobody can stay with that cat, and then you've got other players moving to pick him up and he dishes to teammates for layups or 3s. Mashack will be the man to play him if we're able to advance....

Crazy turnaround for KSU to end up in the elite 8. I wish ZZ was healthy cause that would have been a great matchup between two small guys...assuming UT takes care of business later

We won’t match up well with him.

Nobody does. I think the best way to play him is layoff and let him launch from perimeter or when he drives don’t double him and don’t give him passing lanes. He generates so much for others. Let him score but try and lockdown everyone else. He is a stud.

lots of folks here scared of KSU i see. We easily beat the 1st and 2nd place teams in the Big12. I see no reason why we couldn’t beat the 3rd place one.

1 (not 3) and get the last shot, and they way their guards were slicing and dicing to the basket, you had to like their chances of scoring or getting fouled.

He took some dumb shots late--but he also had 19 assists--an NCAA tourney record--so I'd say his BB IQ is pretty good.

Absolutely NO chance that FSU scores 60 on Saturday. I’d be willing to bet that we hold them under 50.

It was clearly touched. No excuse for the MSU player to let the ball go out of bounds. He could have clearly grabbed the rebound.
